BM Loyalty
Loyalty cards, business cards and staff recognition, delivered straight to the wallet.
BM Loyalty puts stamp cards, staff business cards and recognition points into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Nothing for your customers to install, one flat price per company, and the prices are on this page.
Two products, one login
Wallet-delivered loyalty cards for shops, cafés and salons. Wallet-delivered business cards for any company whose staff meet people. Both run on the same platform from the same dashboard, and either works on its own. Switch on recognition and every business card gains a points balance too.
Digital loyalty cards
Stamps and points your customers keep
A customer scans a code at the counter and the card lands in their wallet. Staff add stamps or points from a phone by scanning the card. Rewards sit on the back of the card, and offers arrive on the customer’s lock screen as a notification.
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. No app to install, no account to create.
- A staff app for adding stamps and points, so it works alongside any till with no integration.
- Push offers from the dashboard to cards that have gone quiet, to your best customers, or to everyone.
- Unlimited customers and cards, and no charge per location.
- Your data, exported as CSV whenever you want it.
Digital business cards
One card per person, kept up to date for everyone
Create a card for each member of staff and send it by email or QR code. They add it to their wallet and share it with a tap. The person receiving it scans a code and gets a contact straight into their phone. No app, no account, no adverts.
- Unlimited cards and users for one flat price.
- Change a job title or phone number once and every wallet holding the card updates.
- Retire a card when someone leaves and it is voided on Apple and expired on Google.
- Your branding only. Recipients never see a “powered by” message or an advert.
- An API, so cards can be created from your HR system or staff directory.
Recognition cards
The business card with a points balance
Switch on recognition for your company and every staff business card gains a points balance, shown top right on the pass. A manager awards points from the dashboard with a reason, and the card holder’s phone shows a notification the moment it lands. Nobody else we could find delivers recognition as a wallet pass, so it needs no app, no login and no desk.
- Points on the front of the card, the latest award and its reason on the back.
- Award or redeem from the Cards page in a few seconds, or from your own systems through the API.
- A notification on the holder’s phone for every award, with the reason.
- A Recognition page with monthly and all-time totals per person, exportable as CSV.
- Built for shops, salons and hospitality, where staff are on their feet rather than at a screen.
- Included with Business Cards. Turn it on from the Company page whenever you are ready.
43%
of consumers would rather manage rewards from a digital wallet card than download a brand app.
48%
already keep four or more loyalty cards in their phone’s wallet.
The people who refuse to install your app will still add a card to the wallet they already open to pay.

Why businesses switch to us
We read what people say about the alternatives before we set our terms. These are the things they complain about most, and what we do instead.
Flat price per company
No per-seat and no per-location charges. Add staff, customers and cards without the bill going up.
Prices on the page
What you see below is what you pay. No demo to sit through and no quote to wait for.
Cancel it yourself
Self-service cancellation from the dashboard. If a subscription lapses, cards stay readable for 30 days rather than vanishing.
Nothing to install
A wallet pass, not a brand app. Customers and card recipients never download anything or create an account.
Works with your till
Stamps come from a staff phone, so there is no POS integration, no two-year contract and no lock-in to a till.
Built and run in the UK
Hosted on AWS in London and supported by the engineers who wrote it, at a Manchester studio you can actually phone.
Pricing
Flat per company. No per-seat fees, no per-location fees and no hidden team tier. Every plan starts with a 30-day trial. Prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Cards go into Apple Wallet on iPhone and Google Wallet on Android. A customer scans a code, taps Add, and the card is on their phone. Google Wallet ships with Android, so there is nothing new to download.
Does it work with my till?
Yes, with any till. Staff add stamps and points from the staff app by scanning the customer’s card, so there is nothing to install on the POS and nothing to renegotiate if you change POS later.
What happens if I cancel?
You cancel from the dashboard. Cards go read-only for 30 days rather than disappearing, so your customers are not left with a card that suddenly stops working, and you can export your data at any time.
I have more than one location. What does that cost?
The same £10 a month. Loyalty is priced per company, not per site, so every location runs on the one account and staff at any of them can add stamps.
Can I update a business card after it has been sent?
Yes. Edit it in the dashboard and every wallet holding the card gets the update. When someone leaves, retire the card and it is voided on Apple Wallet and expired on Google Wallet.
How do recognition points work?
Recognition is a setting on your company. Once it is on, every staff business card shows a points balance. A manager opens the Cards page, picks a person, enters the points and a reason, and the card updates with a notification on the holder’s phone. Redeeming works the same way in reverse, and the Recognition page keeps the full history.
Are recognition points taxable?
The points themselves are just a number on a card. If staff exchange them for vouchers, gifts or cash as a reward for their work, that is normally a taxable benefit in the UK, reported through a P11D or a PAYE Settlement Agreement, and the £50 trivial benefits exemption does not cover performance rewards. We keep the ledger and you choose what points are worth, so check the arrangement with your accountant.
Where is my data held?
On AWS in London, run by Bits Matter Ltd in the UK. Loyalty cards are identified by a unique code rather than by personal details, so you are not obliged to collect customer data to run a scheme.
Built by Bits Matter
BM Loyalty is built and supported by Bits Matter, a Manchester hardware and software engineering studio. We wrote the passes, the staff app, the dashboard and the cloud back end ourselves, so when you have a question you get an engineer, not a ticket queue.
